At Daylilie, we stand behind the quality and fit of our everyday bras. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns​

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed bras with original tags and packaging.To start a return, please email us at [Insert Email] with your order number and reason for return.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Please note:– Original shipping costs are non-refundable– We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

 

Store Credit

In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund (e.g., promotional items or late returns outside the window).
